Sheila Wall Sheila Wall is an Executive Coach with seventeen years of experience as an international risk management consultant with Sedgwick, Inc. and Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. She developed and led cross-functional risk management identification, assessment and improvement programs for Global Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise included account management and marketing global insurance, reinsurance and self-insurance programs for various industries in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, arts, finance and publishing sectors. Sheila offers communication and leadership programs that facilitate personal transformation and greater engagement within the workplace, empowering individuals and organizations to evolve to their most productive levels. She draws from her experience as a counselor to individuals, families and working groups: her main modalities being strength-based system theory and positive-spirited psychology. In her for-profit experiences, Sheila worked with senior players within the insurance industry and among global client companies, and consequently has a special view of their needs and expectations. Sheila received a Master of Social Work degree from New York University and a BA in Psychology from Penn State University.
