Originally from The Netherlands, Olger lived in France for almost 6 years and has been living in Luxembourg since 1997.

After an assignment as a management trainee for Cartier in Paris, he became marketing manager for their operations in Amsterdam.  Olger later returned to France working for 'Compangie La France' as 'Charge de Clientele.'  He then moved back to The Netherlands to join ABN AMRO Bank as manager of their Tilbrug office. 

In 1998 he was given the opportunity to combine his French insurance and Dutch banking background as a Private Banker at ABN AMRO Luxembourg.  He completed his banking experience being a Senior Private Banker at Bank Sarasin Benelux (former Rabo Robeco Bank Luxembourg.)

As a result of living and working in several countries, Olger is a multicultural and multi-linguistic person, being fluent in 'Dutch, French and English.

Olger holds a Masters Degree in Business Economics within a specialisation in marking and marketing research.
