Jeff has worked extensively in the area of understanding and enhancing organizational environments.  For more than 18 years, Jeff has helped public, private and not-for-profit organizations address change and navigate cultural and business-performance issues among internal and external audiences.  He has assisted business leaders with issues involving teamwork, productivity, trust in management, retention and communications.

Prior to forming the Leadership Solutions Metro partnership, Jeff operated his own consulting practice, Corporate Authority Communications, Inc.  which offered leadership communications strategy and tactics to improve operational and organizational effectiveness.  His work involved conducting corporate culture assessments, internal audits and providing leadership and leadership team coaching.  Clients included corporations in high tech, transportation and telecommunications as well and not-for-profits.

Earlier in his career, Jeff served as vice president at TSI Communications Worldwide, a leading PR firm where he started up and ran an internal communications practice devoted to assisting clients with internal assessments, focus group facilitation, merger-integration, customer communications and recruitment marketing.  Clients included Met Life, Symbol Technologies, Honeywell, IBM, among others.

Before TSI, Jeff owned a marketing communications agency from 1991 through 1999 and provided a wide range of services to such world-class companies as ABB, ADEMCO, Citibank, Ernst & Young, NationsBank, Chase Manhattan Bank and others. Jeff also has considerable experience working with large, diverse groups of people, as demonstrated in his work as national communications director for Citigroup's Technology Division.  

Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from C.W. Post University, New York.  He has served as a board member and communications chairman for the March of Dimes, and as president of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Long Island chapter.
