Ed Frontera For more than 20 years, Ed has worked with various sized businesses, non-profit organizations, and private parties in facilitating a process of growth, strategic planning and conflict resolution. He is an experienced counselor, educator and business/project manager. As founder and CEO of a Boca Raton based publishing company, Ed spent the past 15 years assisting south Florida business leaders to position and market their companies for growth and success. During this same time, he was engaged by area professionals in the development of various educational programs. He co-founded programs in entrepreneurship, digital media and visual arts which have been successfully implemented in universities, museums and district schools. Earlier in his career, Ed worked as the program administrator at the Jefferson Business College in New Jersey, where he facilitated the Implementation of classes in the various aspects of successful business practice. After receiving his Masters Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, Ed began his career in counseling and continues today to serve as an adjunct college professor. His post-graduate work in constructive conflict management was published in the Journal of Social Issues addressing “Problem Solving Styles and Effective Strategies of 3rd Party Mediation”. He went on to serve 4 years in the Office of Veterans Affairs, practicing personal conflict management and career counseling. Ed is currently living in south Florida, with his wife of 20+ years and 3 sons. He is an avid youth athletics coach, twice named coach of the year by his league. He serves as communications consultant to the board of directors and special programs coordinator for a local chapter of the national not-for-profit organization, America’s Promise. |
