As a Program Director for the President's Association, Denise designed and managed Executive Development conferences and courses for Senior Executives, focusing on leadership competency development, culture management, developing people, planning, organizing and control.
From 1995-2001, as Consultant/Facilitator for Holden Corporation, Denise coached, consulted and trained sales and marketing teams in building executive level, strategic relationships to sell multi-million dollar projects. She conducted assessments using competency mapping and other proprietary tools for identifying skills, competencies, aptitudes, and organizational attitudes to address organizational and employee development issues.
Denise then joined Deloitte Consulting January of 2001 in their Change Management practice, focusing on change leadership and communications of major technology implementations for clients. She began her own Consulting firm after taking a sabbatical in 2004.
She has a passion for facilitating dialogues which build collaborative relationships in the workplace and leverages the collective intelligence existing both inside and outside the organization. Through coaching, facilitating, and broadening perspectives on leadership, strategic planning, team-building, communication, core strengths and values, she helps companies and organizations identify the impact all these have on increasing organizational growth and profitability, in improving employee satisfaction and retention, and in achieving organizational goals and results.
She has co-founded a Special Interest Group, through the Organizational Development Network of Greater New York, that focuses on bringing strength-based philosophies to business and non-profits. Denise is also committed to bringing strengths-based, future-oriented dialogue and planning to the New York City Public Schools System.
A dynamic speaker, trainer and facilitator, Denise has delivered hundreds of seminars and consulted for companies on 5 continents.
She holds an M.B.A. from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, City University of New York and a B.B.A. in Marketing from Hofstra University, New York .
